Frequently asked questions

Who can access Spring Together's services?

Our services are open to people across Oldham and Greater Manchester who need support. No membership or referral is required.

Do I need a referral to get support?

No — you don't need a referral to reach out to us. You're welcome to get in touch directly through our contact or support request form. We also accept referrals from schools, social workers, health professionals, and other partner organisations if that's how you've heard about us.

What kind of support does Spring Together provide?

We offer a range of community programmes and one-to-one support focused on wellbeing, safeguarding, and personal development for children, young people, and vulnerable adults. This includes group sessions, signposting to specialist services, and ongoing support tailored to individual needs. Get in touch to find out what's currently running near you.

Are your services free?

Yes, our core services are free to access. Spring Together CIC is funded through grants, partnerships, and donations so that cost is never a barrier to support. Some specialist or extended programmes may have limited availability — we'll always let you know upfront if that's the case.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple — fill out our support request form or contact us directly by phone or email, and a member of our team will get back to you to talk through what support might be right for you.
